C34-A2 is submitted for vote as a reaffirmed document. Reaffirmation of a document is appropriate when the area committee determines that neither comments received nor any other substantive reasons support changes in the document. Ballots are posted on CLSI Forums or enclosed only for delegates of Active and Associate Active member organizations. The deadline for completed ballots to be received in the CLSI office is 5 July 2005.
